About Me
I am a San Francisco native fulfilling a dream of living with my family in Wellington, New Zealand. I have spent the last 2 decades helping individuals and organizations find more meaning and connection in the way they work through coaching, consulting and facilitation. My many years navigating the corporate world as a senior manager with a global team, juggling parenthood and a demanding job and pursuing inspiring creative outlets all help me meet my diverse clients where they are at. I am an unapologetic champion for "whole person wellbeing” at work as THE ‘hack’ to wellness, performance, engagement and innovation.

My outlook is "Choose Your OWN Adventure." When you are able to release yourself from your restrictive perspectives and excuses, the possibilities are endless. My heart-led mission is to make all the hours we spend in our lives (especially at work) ones we not just endure but ones we feel contribute to our best life journey and purpose. Finally, as my clients could attest to, major fun and excitement can accompany major life transformation!

My style is Open and Allowing while Direct and Substantive. I bring a relaxed demeanor that allows my clients to feel they have full permission to bring all of themselves to the coaching session. My values of good will, humor, fun, adventure, purpose - all surface in my coaching style in service of the client's growth and goals. KNOCK
I co-founded Knock several years ago as a relational model of collective care in workplaces using the metaphor of a neighborhood. The model includes targeted experiential group workshops that allow employees to self-discover and connect with the people around them in authentic, vulnerable ways, creating a culture of collective care and wellbeing where people are focused on being “good neighbors” to one another. What results is an openness, inclusion, trust and connectivity that then impact the operational levers companies focus on (innovation, retention, engagement, etc.). The Knock Programs are founded on the latest trends around psychology and psychological safety in the workplace.
